Wait we did? I thought we starved them so hard that they eventually surrendered after a strange somehow noble mercenary attack--then we garrisoned Luathbas with HEAVY suspicion or caution.

Then somehow now, Luathbas is the very same bunch of jerks with STABBYSTABS.
