We shall spend the REST of the money on things that aren't our ARMY because at our stage, we can handle stuff with our army number.
I mean it's not like SUDDENWAR happens next year, whereas in Spring or the start of the new year, we get BIGGER ECONOMIC REQUESTS.

Things like army replenishment I see, are usually mentioned as a first thing post-war or post-low-army-count.

Haspen: Will the updated map (in the future) contain the Luthian Alliance in that spot between us and the far South? It's such a tiny place that we can actually afford helping out the Luthian Alliance.
