I mean not really betrayal. Salus is our oldest son and they kept wanting us to choose a son that wasn't Ulan as our heir. So be careful what you wish for. 

Also possible duel kingship of Luathbas and Lamitania or whatever it's called again if we ever manage to gather up the old heartlands of Luathbas? I mean unlikely but could be cool if we could multiply titles of the same rank. That kinda reminds me that we took over most of Parsia in the old game didn't we? Could aim for that Kingdom title too if we ever do manage to get a duel monarchy kind of thing going on.

Salus is our oldest son who we gave to Lametania or what ever it's called to be their king since their queen/king before that died without a heir and our wife was like the closest relative or something like that? Pretty sure I'm getting some stuff wrong but that's basically what happened.

Yeah. It's kinda weird actually how a Houlandin descendant ended up on the Lametania throne when they were basically our original enemy/rival in the first game before those Republican Dogs appeared.

MAYBE it will be best for us to not choose and let the pick be done later under a military council or something if we die? I mean we could be temporarily crippled but we can still lead by overseeing.
