We are the colony of a Very Religious nation. As such, supporting religion is important. No self-respecting colonist would come to live in a colony that does not properly honour the Dragon King.

Normally, I may say A B, but it occurred to me that building farms there may cause issued when the time comes to expand the settlement. It's dangerous, if not perhaps a bit unhealthy to have farms so close to the town.
