Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

Wow, I'm really tempted to try it out instead of Armordipped, especially cause I was hoping to get a place with every possible neighbor. But gonna keep with Armordipped. Maybe what do you guys think cause I'm not gonna lie after seeing how it should look properly I'm really disappointed with myself.

Thanks, but unfortunately I'm a serious case of perfectionism and will blame myself for everything that basically isn't perfect :P.

So, I woke up sick today so no DF updates, but I did start work on a secret project which I should post with the next update or if I have time sometime during the week.

I have an idea.
Oh no.
Thank you.
I take pride in my mad ideas.
You're infectious.
*smiles*
The issue is less you coming up with an idea and more anyone on this forum coming up with an idea.

Especially since much lava has been discussed recently.

There is a reason that TV tropes had "blue and orange morality" listed under the DF community page up until the page was deleted.
What's blue and orange morality?
In contrast to black and white. It's a type of morality that is foreign to most normal concepts of things being good, or being evil or bad.

Like deciding to farm Mermaid bones for their value, dwarven child care, or making things out of cats.
Nonono. It's being perfectly fine with dwarven child care while being squicked out by mermaid bone farming.
In my opinion, they're both horrible.
I may be the first to say that on this forum.

You misspelled 'Hilarious'. ;)

SU, that pyramid was from three days ago.

Another thing I said was horrible was the pyramid itself. Tell, me, SU, why do you choose to be a necromancer of terrible things?

Proper PTW. Also, I'd like to be dorfed for the next Warrior to enter the fortress! Let's see if I can continue my BAness as another Spear Dorf. (Could my profession be 'Keeper of Pointy Sticks'? KoPS?)

So... a Supper-secret-project? Are you modding the game so magma is a food ingredient? :P

So this week there won't be an update beacuse Armordipped takes a lot of time to play and a season takes around 4 hours of sitting in front of the computer, mostly assigning dwarfs to burrows, which isn't always how I want to spend my evenings. I could play Armordipped tomorrow, but I don't want this to become something I have to do, but I want it to be a fun little thing, I do for fun. And to be honest with you I often want to play a different fort, just because keeping to the rules is hard.
I hope this explains why I'm slow like a snail with this. Though the project is coming today or tomorrow morning.
