Frank gives Sir Lootington a small slap on the wrist for trying to attack him, before running to a safe distance from explosions.

Should Sir Lootington retaliate or attack Frank, he pulls out his Workstone knife and cuts Sir Lootington with a (hopefully) nonlethal but painful blow.

(You people are amazing.  For Dustan's action, I think I'll break a kilogram out of your inventory just as though you were lighting a campfire overnight.  That'll be good with the numbers, since once you leave this area you'll go overnight too.)

(I personally find you amazing for putting up with our shit. Many GM's would try to curb the insanity. Props to you for remembering that this is Bay12, the breeding ground of insanity.)

(Well, thank you.  That feels great to hear.)

Many GM's would try to curb the insanity.

(I rewrote a reply to this bit three times.  But the fact is that even Helmacon's little route-breaking stunt, jumping off the scaffold, gave me fun ideas.  Bay12 is a fun place.)

(Though you could break this game if you tried.  Like a tutorial, I hope that these first areas help you to experience certain things in a certain sequence so that you understand how the game world works . . . before you completely break it.)

(Sometimes a little side jaunt never hurts, as long as you keep a safety line back to the main path.)

I figure at some point, you're just gonna run outta fucks to give and just off yourself whenever you get hurt at all. It's not like there's any downsides to it. Hangover? Suicide will fix that. Stubbed your toe? Suicide. Headache? Suicide. Papercut? Suicide.

(You lot have been taking side jaunts since your first actions.  The only thing it seems I can expect from you people is lust for blood, money, and chaos!)

(Thankfully, I built this game around combat, looting, and random numbers . . . so the above isn't a complaint.  You're still on the "main path": it's just your own crazy version of it.)

(Question: which of the three catagories do I fall under?)

(Tricky.  As of last action, chaos.  Of course, I don't know if your attempted firebomb would have been the same whether or not people had vacated the pit first.  So, you know, blood is an option.)

(If you would have firebombed your friends, then money would be quasi-ruled out, because there's the risk you'd incinerate their salable backpack goods.)

(See, tricky.)

Am I money or chaos?

GM time: do you mean literally to kill him?  Do you intend to use a weapon?  Or do you mean to, you know, smack him (probably with your hand that isn't bleeding) and generally throw a fit?

(You people . . . )

(Well, I'd ask why you're discounting blood.  You almost got the wall tiger kill.  2 HP left and you hit it before Dustan did; it's just that the numbers went against you.)

(No, that's easy.  You're one of the reasons I listed all three in the same breath.)

(I honestly don't know if the game will get more or less crazy as I kill current players and invite the next batch.  Only one way to find out.)
