"Yes." The Traveler puts a hand on the pillar. "For about one more minute." With his other hand, he rubs his face. "You see, I can travel in ways and go places that the suits can't, but as long as they were tracking me, I didn't want to risk leading them to your homeworlds. Well, not until I could be sure those weren't within their reach anyways. But after that little incident after our escape, I'm pretty sure I've shaken them for the time being. So, I was thinking maybe it was a good time to take home those who wanted to go home. Buuuut.... the ship needs to recover from the collision with the Event Horizon, and she's latched onto this destination."

"They did not appear particularly bad. Stiff yes but not bad."

"What's up with them, anyway?"

"I think the fact that they tossed you into hell on the off-chance it would get rid of me speaks volumes."

"I do not believe we actually have any confirmation that they were responsible beyond your own, frankly biased words."

Titus shakes his head and speaks at higher volume. "You can argue about them later. Right now there is something vastly more important that we need to focus on." Titus walks over to the traveler. "What can you note from the call?"

"It's not in words, or sounds. Just a concentrated pulse of pure distress that's somehow reached us. So, something is feeling very, very distressed. Aside from that, it's hard to tell." He takes his hand off the pillar. "We're here. Wherever 'here' is."

"Also, that something is most likely an empathic projector."

Avi looks at the emotional spectrum or what have you.

Avi can't seem to get a read on anything but the auric emissions of the others here.

"Sending that kind of signal across dimensions like that is a few steps beyond. And that is, as the kids say, hella mysterious."

"And in a targeted manner.  I'm not picking it up."

"Well, the interior of this ship is heavily insulated from outside interference. You might be able to pick things up if you go outside."

"I'll go first." Titus walks up to the door and opens it.

"Well, she's still a bit damaged, so the sensing is kind of off right now, I can't if it's-"

"I'll go first." Titus walks up to the door and opens it.

"-safe."

Upon opening the door, Titus is met with the sound of howling wind, and the sight of a rock wall about 30 feet from the door. The sky above looked like evening.

"Well, it doesn't look immediately deadly."
