Rajita backs away a bit from the line, her face visibly draining of color.

Okay, how about a magical scan? What does that reveal?

Okay, how about a magical scan? What does that reveal?

There does seem to be a sharp boundary across the ring of mushrooms. It's strange... it's like, one place superimposed over another?

The footsoldiers begin to play with their weapons and grin predatorily.

"I think they're staging their campaign from some other realm. Stepping through the boundary shouldn't kill us."

You sense that the area ahead is saturated with a magical presence. It's as if the very air is made of moonlight and distant laughter.

"If they mind their manners."

The Traveler hops over the ring of mushrooms and looks back at the others with a shrug.

Titus crosses.

Stepping over the boundary, you see that the area ahead seems to be a thick forest, with no signs of further rock pillars. You can hear airy voices singing and laughing in the distance, though from no clear direction, and everything is lit by soft, silvery light with no clear source. It's bright enough to see, but just dim enough to be a bit eerie.

Seeing as others went first and nothing bad apparently happened to them, No crosses.

Resalth steps through, and after a few seconds of indecision, Espada follows. Nothing appears immediately alarming. Espada shares the sensory details such as the laughter.

Avi follows, carefully, after giving this warning:

Koi notes to Espada that the laughter is odd. He then follows.
