D,11, Flux the thief

Burhardt hesitated, switching to his other tome. "My time beyond the Academy taught me much- Chiefly that vermin like you must be crushed without delay!"

Xeno cursed to himself as he was dragged into the mess. He didn't really want to get involved but he doubted the interlopers would let him scurry through Tangur's gate, assuming the thing even worked in the first place. Calling his Wyrm with a sharp whistle, the beast landed right in front of him and he quickly hopped on. He sighed briefly.

"It was only a matter of time until we saw combat, Lucia. I just wish we had more practice and that I had gotten to test out my new tome before hand."

"Nevertheless, let's show them what a Wyrm and her rider can do!"

Luna mutters a curse as the man dodges her fireball. She had been to occupied practicing with the Mana tome, that she was out of practice with more common spells.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

The cloaked woman, glaring at the vagrants emerging from the gates, heaved a sigh.
: "Haah... I suppose I must secure my way home."
She rushed directly towards the Mage beside them. Casting her cloak behind her, the sword at her belt was already drawn in her hand as her expression quickly shifted into a deathly glare.
: "You imbeciles have made your final mistake!"
Remy to F12. Swordstab the Mage.

Moving quickly, Burhardt swapped tomes again, once again cloaking his fist in the dark, translucent power as he charged the nearest mage.
