Roy nods and begins walking down the cavern before the same noise from before envelops his ears. A roar, gargled with a liquid, splatters out against the area.

Roy carefully creeps down the steps, but one step creaks. Immediately, another noise is heard, though different in quality. This one appears to be a human scream, followed by dark, twisted laughter.

"If you have weapons, pull them out. We'll need all we can use to figure this out."

((Sorry for not posting for 10+ hours, my computer has some issues.))

In the center of the cavern is a blue orb hovering above a pedestal. It has some kind of eye and it is emitting a beam of energy at the stone ceiling above the group.
"Fools! Now you will die!" The voice sounds familiar but they're interrupted by the ceiling falling on them!

Fbzib quickly floats off the pedestal, and emits a sphere of cosmic energy around him. He carves through the wall and into another section of cavern. The hole he makes is half the size of a dwarf, too small for them to get through. The wall is over 10 feet thick.
