Outside, unknown to them, the face finally slips past the shield.
"Where did those creatures go?"
It flys over to the door and shrinks itself.
"I bet they hid in here."
It busts through the door but accidentally causes a cave-in.
"AGH! NO NOT THE ROCKS!"
Some of the group might be able to hear the rocks falling.

Merseth: "I heard a cave-in back where we were!"

"NEVER FEAR! I SPENT MOST OF MY LIFE UNDERGROUND AND AM VERY PREPARED TO HELP US TO SURVIVE DOWN HERE!"

Merseth: "You have lived underground?"

Roy turns to Papyrus and is about to say something, but then hears another odd sound, this time from behind them: the rocks growing closer further. "We can ask more questions later. Right now-" before snapping his fingers and burning the rocks away.

Without missing a beat, Papyrus finishes Roy's sentance.

"WE RUSH FOR SOMEPLACE TO BE SAFE FROM THE ROCKS!"

Papyrus takes off running down the tunnel, fleeing from the rocks.

Roy also runs down with Papyrus, looking for who(or what)ever made the noise.

Merseth: "Wait, you two! Have you forgotten there's a entryway to the surface?! Quickly!"

*A giant cave spider attacks Roy and Papyrus!*

"AND NOW WE ARE PRESENTED WITH AGGRESSIVE CAVE FAUNA! WATCH CLOSELY!"

Papyrus gestures wildly, and a vary large bone shoots up out of the ground and slams into the giant cave spider, flinging it away from the group.

While in mid-air, Roy blows it up with his gloves. When it lands on the ground, the realistic option to being launched and blown up is shown: there's nothing but pieces left.

"AND THAT IS HOW THE ROYAL GUARD DEAL WITH A CREATURE WITH WHICH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REASON! KEEP IT DISTANT AND STRIKE FROM AFAR!"

*However, by doing that, they attract attention. Very unwanted attention from 8 more giant cave spiders. Perhaps it's a good idea to run?*

Roy books it back upstairs.

*Merseth opens the entryway to the surface in the underground city*

Merseth: "Hurry!"
