That guy was dicking, but you made the #1 mistake:
Don't rage and don't get greedy.
You only need a truck if its actually useful for the group. You as a player are fuck-all useless. You do not march around alone. That's how you get murdered. You do shit as a squad, as a team. You work together.
I fuel up everyone's truck I see, I run around giving away guns, ammo, grenades, why?
When I say lets go, people listen. People follow my commands. People respect me. When I lead a defense, people do as they should, without friction. When I need someone, people remember and help me out. When I say I'm assembling a squad to attack position X, people volunteer. When I say I'm at grid B7, random #3 asks if I need any ammo. Rather than run halfway across the world, mine, manufacture, go to the armory, and wait, we have all of that automated. We all cycle and take turns doing what we enjoy doing, mass-producing, mass-mining, mass-transporting, using every truck we get for production without bitching about the truck we just made/got, until we're doing well enough that people can start having their own vehicles.
Vehicles are for hauling shit around and tactically inserting fireteams, not for people to hog.
You literally wasted an extremely vital truck that could have turned the war around because you got pissy.
Shit, I fucking give trucks away like candy.
Why? Because you as a single player can produce and contribute a measly fraction of what a well-oiled industrial machine can produce when people share and work together.
Learn it, live it, love it.
Then, and only then, will you actually get anywhere, and subsequently enjoy this game.
(And yes, I learned this the hard way.)
You could have easily just reported it in chat and put him up for a kick-vote. Or asked him nicely for it, publicly, so people can see his justification (if any) and back you up if you decide to put him up for a kick-ban.
Play smart, bud. This is war, after all.
