If you were addressing Lord Breckinridge, he does not seem to notice.

"Are hyou gouwing to htake back that hdespicable hinsult, then?"

"Are you really going to kill me over insulting your stupid country?"

...He pulls the trigger on his shotgun-cane, marking his sentence with a large amount of metallic punctuation.
