((This sure looks like fun, though more for the fiction than pvp mechanics.))

Atavist Knights

An unorthodox and diffuse order of warriors that attempt to pass down the psychological [Spinal Vaults] into the drowned chambers of the deepest preconscious, utilising such techniques of regression for combat and survival. When successful, they enter into a beserk-like state, which can be prolonged for several days. In this, they utilise hysterical strength and react near-instantly as complex neural signals are processed by the hindbrain at the speed of reflexes, though fully lose the capacity for reasoned and human decision-making, as proven by several eminent anthropologists. This technique was first developed at around the time humans descended into the Earth for good.
Atavist knights have over history taken part in multiple uprisings and wars, generally siding against the forces of law and rigid hierarchy, aiming to otherthrow regimes they percieve as unnaturally centralised, despotic, or authoritarian. One example of this is the total destruction of the central chamber [Carthal Sevris] in a terrorist insurrection, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of citizens. The teachings of leading or preaching Knights are confused, though as a rule oppose structure, order and social convention in favour of primitivism and anarchy.

Arthur Patrimoch, Head Archivist of Slatearch
The "Pvp" is less pvp and more a way to throw a bit of chaos in. None of the things you can do delete player works or anything, they just shift things a bit and shake up how something might happen. And you don't have to use them.

So... what happens when book one finishes? Are you going to use it as a setting?

I certainly might. A game set in a B12 collective fiction setting would be pretty neat, me thinks.

((Ey, Piecewise, you gonna join in and write some stuff yourself?  This game doesn't really need a GM, and it could certainly benefit from your writing.

Antidilutive Court

A religionous organization that was extremely popular in the powerful [Braddock Empire], their core belief was that national leaders, politicians, nobility, and all descendants of such people, were directly part of their god--no matter how they came to power.  This lead to three core tenets: First, those leading countries (and their descendants) could never be harmed or killed, as to do so would be to harm god itself.  Second, because god could not be diluted or weakened, all those who were part of him possessed a divine mandate to have as many children as possible.  Third, those who were completely unrelated to any leaders were of relatively insignificant value, mostly only good for supporting god and parenting its descendants.

The rapid population growth of divine individuals, combined with the organization's fanatical obsession with recording lineage, eventually lead to the massive shift in the priorities of adherents commonly known as the [Divinity Epiphany].

Unless I misread the rules, It doesn't actually say a phantom citation needs to be able to be defined, I wanted to experiment with the system to see how a citation that could never be defined would affect the game, which is why I went with somthing vague. If I am misunderstanding the rules, or else, this seems like a terrible idea, I would gladly change it to [Rumors of the Ancients]

Ah, nevermind then.  The rules don't specifically say you can't do that, but I assumed that you had used a phantom starting with A because 'Ancient' is a nice word, and it being unintuitive that the starting letters are restricted, rather than intentionally making a nearly impossible to define phantom.  Carry on.

Yeah, lets keep it so citations can actually be fulfilled later.  Intentionally inserting dead ends kind of undermines the connective aspects of the game.

Probably, but I wanted to give people a little while to get things started. Otherwise I feel I might direct things too heavily.

Argathian Liquor

An alcoholic beverage popular among the colonies of man which remain beneath the earth. The process from which it is made is very similar to winemaking, but instead of fermented grapes it is made from the rare [Banery Fruit] and dirt.

The effects of argathian liquor are rapid drunkedness, and in those with [Preidkey's Syndrome], hallucinogenic visions. For reasons unknown, these visions almost always involve messages from the imbiber's deceased family members.

Due to the general rareness of the [Banery Fruit], argathian liquor is extremely valuable. It is because of this, along with the hallucinations, that it is known as the alcoholic equivalent of a mugging: i.e., expensive and bad for the head.

I've changed it from [ancient rumors] to [rumors of the ancients] in the original post.

Avaldrite

A pale-blue, lightly glowing mineral mined from within the [Deep Hollows] by truly heroic miners. It is essential to our life for it is currently our best source of breathable air.
When 1 part avaldrite is ground to dust and mixed with 6 parts hematite and heated to 500 degrees Syn, oxygen is produced, along with various benign gases and chlorine, which the chemist should be wary of and ready to filter out. It is unknown who first discovered avaldrite and its reaction with hematite, but this is believed to be around the years after [Great Iron Lung, the] broke down.
Avaldrite's glow is also sometimes used in lighting, though this is deemed a wasteful use for something so dangerous to obtain.
