The Ouroboros "Republic".
Really a co-dictatorship of 4, this civilization of reptilian mutants has existed for more than 20 years now.
They have managed to not just survive, but thrive in the Cataclysm.
Deep in their home of a science lab, a new council is to be formed.
(4 players will join and run this council.)
The castes of these reptilians:
Lesser: Barely mutated, they are considered peasants by the others. Often just has scaly skin, reptilian eyes, a tail, etc.
Close: Named so because they are close to breaking the threshold, they are better respected in the civilization. More mutated than the others.
Greater: The heavily mutated, they often have reached the full extent of the Lizard mutagen/serum.
Considered like nobles.
Special castes:
Half: This variety is a Lesser, Close, or Greater with bionics installed.
The application:
Name: (Often very Roman or something like a doctor. They used to be scientists, most of them.)
Gender: (Male or Female?)
Age: (Up to a normal human lifespan.)
Caste: (Pick.)
Bionics: (If you are not a half, this doesn't appear.)
Personality: (Simple as that.)
Some notes regarding the Republic is this:
1. Humans have 2 uses to the Republic: People to be converted to citizens or a food source.
2.The Republic sees themselves as a superior race.
3. Zombies and other nasties are obviously still a threat.
4. There is another mutant group nearby. They are called the Church of Advancement. They have abused the Alpha mutagen and serums. Beware. They are not allies.
