"I don't think I could rest easy with that in the backyard. We should probably do something about it. Maybe even destroy it."

The woman slowly, very slowly, backs towards the party and away from the creatures that had just appeared. She was almost frozen in fear.

Rachel is silent, if only because she is doing her best to restrain herself from puking her guts out.

[Stirk]

How do we go home?

"Home? Right, home! Maybe if we build a boat or raft or something we can escape over the ocean!"

"I don't think I could rest easy with that in the backyard. We should probably do something about it. Maybe even destroy it."

"We arn't equipped to take out a city, or whatever that is! Unless you're pocketing a handful of nukes or buckets of bullets we don't have the means to destroy it!"

"I don't know how, we just have to do something!"

Distracted from his attempts to wake up by the sound of arguing, Joseph hesitantly speaks:
"Its a machine right? Sort of. Maybe we wreck the right parts and it will break down?"

[Empiricist]

"I don't know how, we just have to do something!"

And as Arun and Joseph say that, another impulse, an impulse to destroy that city, pulses I'm each and every one of you.

It is now six minutes till midnight.

[Stirk]

Thomas lets out a long sigh, before bringing his gun into a more relaxed position.

"Ok.....ok.....So we are really gonna kill this thing, aren't we..."

He gives another sigh, before cupping one hand over his eye as he looks in the distance.

"If this was a video game, this thing would have weak points. Something we can shoot to bring the whole thing down, or at least a large part of it. Given that it hasn't effected this area yet, we can guess its 'heart' is far away. Kinda like Joe said. If we go in, maybe we will just get more of these feelings telling us what we need to shoot...."

[Adragis]

This is scary. 

Iris doesn't look particularly scared, but apparently that was necessary to mention.

"Well, we can't stab it in the heart unless we go out to find it."

Arun gestures for someone else to take the lead.

"After you."

[Powder Miner]

"Ahhh, fuck..." James grouses, his expression of terror morphed halfway between a complaining expression and a snarl. "How the hell did I of all people get stuck destroying some... some... monster flesh machine city??"

Janet just sighs, rubbing her forehead and face. What the hell was in that drink?

"...If none of you want to go, I will. If I'm as high as I think I am, I should be fine."

Janet steps forward, and begins approaching the 'city'.

The girl looks around at the very well-armed people, knowing she only had a can of half-used pepper spray on her.
"I....uh....I hope you guys k-know what to do, right?"

[Stirk]

Janet just sighs, rubbing her forehead and face. What the hell was in that drink?

"...If none of you want to go, I will. If I'm as high as I think I am, I should be fine."

Janet steps forward, and begins approaching the 'city'.

"R-right. If you take point, I'll be right behind you."

Thomas follows Janet into the city.
