Whichever one of you decided it would be a great idea for the forges to be open to the caverns, I may just have to strangle you.

Overseers Log

17th of Hematite
Shorast stumbled out of the larder with a strange glint in his eye. A new mayor was also elected today.

18th of Hematite
While observing the trade with the humans I stepped outside and witnessed 20 dwarfs raiding one of the merchant's horses. The humans don't appear to mind however.

19th of Hematite
Shorast has started his work and he has taken with him an adamantine wafer! Expensive work, I hope it's worth it. Also the humans appear to have some fetish for juicing animals, they brought seven barrels of blood!

20th of Hematite
Forgotten beast sighted near the adamantine mines! Call the voidsquad!

22nd of Hematite
The thing dismembered Kadol Silverrace. His arms torn off and lying in the tunnel by his bloodied and broken body, the metallic smell of blood filling the tunnel. Soon the voidgod arrived and cut the thing to bits with a fish dissector. Only one casualty, a new military recruit, and fresh meat. This could have been far worse. I suppose I have to go and tend to Ushat the fish dissector.

I can't tell if the Voidgod was fighting alongside the fish dissector or if he was using him as a weapon.

Very bad news, sadly the inevitable has happened and the computer gave out. And as clarifications I can confirm that the voidgod was fighting alongside the fish dissector. Nevermind, after around a week of resting it has finally chugged back into life.

Double post! I just wanted to ask if you guys had any ideas on how I could get a ton of power, if that gives you an idea of what I am planning.

A fully submerged cube of waterwheels with all the water in permaflow is the most power-per-tile available.

Okay guys, I hope you are all okay with me draining cavern 3 and turning it into a giant tree farm.

So life has turned on me and I doubt I'll be able to complete the turn. But here is the save, its late summer. And you'll probably want to examine the designations.

Eh, it's been five months since the last turn, I'm sure nobody will mind if you take your time and do the best you can to finish it. At least, that's what I'd want you to do, if you're willing.

If you want to keep playing, be my guest. Unless someone else wants to play the save?

Well, I've just finished reading the Deathgate series up to this point. This is a work of art. It's sad to see it just sit like this, I'm not the best at DF but if everyone is okay with it I can pick up the save.
