John:
I think OceanSoul is a politician.

My animal is the dog, and I have a live version of it.

I replace rule #9 with..
Any poster trying to have multiple votes in something, or tries to get others to do it, is considered a politician!

My animal is the Coyote, and I have a mask of it.

Darn! Ninja'd!

Rule 12: If multiple people would be affected by the same politician-based rule, only the player that posted the most recent rule that caused the affect (not altered the affect) is affected.

Rule #10
Any player who implies that Pavellius wants to exploit the system is considered a politician.
By saying that, you're implying that people would imply that. Since implication starts with reason, you're implying that you DO want to exploit the system! And rule 12 protects me!

..But nothing happens.

However, "losing the game" or becoming a pile of golden hair has no effect, because no rule has defined the effect.

Furthermore, by calling me a pile of golden hair, you are implying that I was considered a politician, and therefore implying that I exploited the system...

...right?

I am as much a pile of hair as you are.

Rule 13: Disagreements such as this will be decided upon by Liberonscien, who then makes a rule to clarify it. Rules made this way cannot be changed for 24 hours after they're made.

Rule 17: Each player may rescind their chosen animal and chose another at a later date. This may only be done once.

Rule 18: Each animal provides an ability or more to whomever chose it. For example, Cats provide the ability to lie on someone's computer for 4 hours straight, preventing them from using their keyboard for 4 hours. Cannot be used more than twice per 24 hours. on the same person, and a player can only affect a single other player with this at one time. Other abilities are defined by Liberonscien.

Paevellus, I lie on your computer, activating the ability. Now I can get some sleep.

I approve of it.

The first 10 rules added to the original 4 rules rules cannot be altered, removed, etc. until an 11th additional rule is posted, and until then, no rule can prevent rules from being added.
(this is rule #2)
Yo. Does my rule count as "preventing rules from being added," because I will edit it if it does.

Also, wouldn't your rule be rule#3?
I don't think your rule counts, since I was referring to non-OP rules. Also, your fourth OP rule contradicts your first OP rule. Lastly, right; this next rule should be rule #5.

When choosing their animal, a player may choose to gain either a plush of their animal, a living version of that animal, and/or a mask of the animal's face. If none of those 3 are chose, the player receives a Wild Coupon. If a player already provided their animal, they may do this now.

I pick all three: Blue cat mask, black cat, and white cat plush, with purple, yellow, and light blue eyes respectively.
Questions: Will the animal be hostile to me? Will it come with a container if yes?

The creature I am contemplating choosing is hostile to all human life.

You'll be the judge of that.

Alright.
Rule 19: If a player acquires an animal due to rule 5, that animal will be tame around the player that acquired it. It will behave normally around other players.

Rule 20: Exeptionally dangerous animals obtained by rule 5 are all chibified (or some similar process) into cute, barely dangerous forms.

Well, it looks like SCP-628 wouldn't be a threat, then.

'looks up a scp-628'

I don't know what the scp means, but it seems to be a bunch of interconnected singing trees.
