So robots are basically just making videos that robots want to watch? Selfish bastards.

The bots make the title according to keyword abuse algorithms, then the humans act out whatever the title happened to be. So humans do have *some* input, just not into whatever the video is about. Obviously they hook it on certain keywords for whatever costumes they already have however.

that's why these videos tend to have titles like "Spiderman Joker AT SCHOOL LEARNING DISNEY CARS 3 MOVIE Teacher Frozen Elsa Superhero in RealLife!"

I know, but how much wood would a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

How are the Republicans getting away with saying that letting Saudi Arabia assassinate an American is OK because they buy our stuff?

Mental gymnastics that happen every time there is a perceived 'undesirable' getting something bad happened to.

**BIG BOLD NOTE, FOR THOSE INCAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING-- THIS IS AN ATTEMPT AT COMPREHENSION OF A VIEWPOINT I DO NOT HOLD.**

In this case, the thought calculus could look something like this:

Most reporters that go to the middle east are of the liberal bent, and go there asking patently antagonistic questions of the prevailing culture and government, with the intent to CHANGE it.
Most liberal reporters appear more interested in engineering a story (and subsequently, an 'agenda') than accurate reporting in the first place. (and so, fomenting discontent that does not exist outside their machinations)
Liberals are annoying, and I wish *I* could make them just disappear too.
The prince/govt seems quite willing to continue pro-US relations, despite these incessant intrusions and disruptions by the liberal press.
---------
I can totally see how the prince wanted that reporter to stop asking questions and stirring up bullshit for an outside agenda, and am glad the prince does not hold it as a personal grudge against everyone.

I would conjecture similar mental calculi for when hardcore conservative groups or personages have bad things happen to them, and other people try to justify how it is A-OK for that to happen.

Khashoggi was a legal resident in the US, but not a citizen. And yeah, the outrage is quite bipartisan. which is ironic to an extent in how Republicans don't really slam Trumps attacks on the press. They're threatening to take action if Trump doesn't.
