As was said in references previous statement: Not all culture is religion, but all religion is culture. It's just the same as sports, or music, or social laws, or any other way through which we express ourselves. Appealing to some "idea world" version of a religion as if it was the True version in comparison to how the religion is actually practised by it's believers is ridiculous. What's in a book is not what religion is made of. Religion is made out of what people practise.

They basically said they were playing along with the prospective client to avoid embarrassment.

I'm surprised nobody has tried asking Stormy Daniels lawyer whether the allegations are as salacious as those in the dossier.

Though I guess if there was anything as wierd as that, he'd imply it in some way. Either way, for someone who bragged about sex, there is clearly something very embarrassing with the Stormy Daniels thing.

Her profession might be reason enough for his reticence. A lot of people really look down on porn actress, even more so than other sex workers. "Bagging" a porn star isn't much of a "conquest", because they obviously have no standards to begin with.

I also get the feeling that bragging and getting caught produce inexplicably different judgement reactions in many people, even if the act is the same, and Trump knows this.  It breaks his alpha confidence game if someone else flips it around and brags about bagging him.  If he'd bragged before the accusations, he wouldn't be worried at all.  He's bragged about doing non-sexual illegal stuff, too ("that makes me smart"), so I half wonder if he would have owned the Russia stuff the same way as his taxes, if he had thought to pre-emptively brag in that same "I'm admitting I did something wrong, but not giving details" manner.
