He's in support of CIA having illegal torture prisons, so I guess yes.

When you publicly attack the concept of judges itself ("so-called judge"), and you have the sort of power of the President, they're naturally going to close ranks. To do otherwise would court disaster for the entire legal profession.

Normally, such a deliberation would take weeks or months, and Trump was probably use to / counting on that, in which time his injunction on the anti-order would allow him to do as he pleases. But in this case the court basically handed down a judgement dismissing Trump's lawsuit almost instantly, effectively neutering his lawsuit-based challenge.
