Considering that no response could be fast enough to allow proper evacuation/mass exodus from the ashfall zone areas, the only noteworthy difference might be related to NOAA and climate science funding (since monitoring of the yellowstone caldera is handled by those types of orgs and funding sources), as his spending cuts and restrictions on publication may prevent early warnings from being detected or communicated efficiently.

Either way, Yellowstone deciding to pop its cork would be a very bad day for mankind.
