I saw this picture http://dwarffortresswiki.org/images/c/c2/Town_map_43.png, and couldn't find tool which was used for it. Isoworld only shows world in scale you can see in [T]ravel menu, so I'd like to know if there's a tool which gives more precise result, or if this image was made manually.

That image was exported using vanilla DF. Check under legends and choose the site you want to export.
