They won't ever be part of your inventory - rather, when you need something and your class would feasibly have it, you can just take it out and use it. The inventory is for keeping track of things that you find along the way.

You are accounting for the fact that the necrodancer is male, right? Try something more along the lines of a tunic, a pair of trousers, and a lute.

Gender is not a factor. The Necrodancer is proud to wear skulls as a symbol of their craft. The Necrodancer's Powerfully masculine/feminine hula/belly dancing is most devastating. Many foes, allies, and innocent bystanders have been captured by its rhythmic swirling and never escaped. Such is the true secret of The Necrodancer's zombie hordes.

To anyone who reads this: If I said "magic archer", what sort of clothing would you assume?

Flexible green leather armor, quiver filled with oddly-tipped arrows, bow slung on back. Maybe a hood.

While true that wearing skull-emblazoned items is generally something necromancers do, it is also a standard for mages to wear voluminous and concealing robes. Even with the most stripper-y of dance outfits, that one fact would cause the two to cancel out and hit somewhere in the middle of decent and slightly concealing clothing.
The only exception to this rule is a female anime mage or a muscle wizard of any gender, as both of those often like to show off their physique at the same time.

 It's currently not really an RTD (as it doesn't use the d6 that is the staple of the game style), and even if it was, the details would prevent it from staying that way.

I understand you don't want these long wait times, but I think a 48 hour period is good for a lot of reasons:
 1. It gives the (increasing number of) players plenty of time to post an action.
 2. It allows me to write turns in advance, so I can post them as close to the actual turn end as possible.
 3. It lowers the stress of the game being on my mind each day. I've simply found that constant update schedules wear me out too much.

 There might be other factors that I haven't thought of, and if it turns out that it would be better to have faster updates, then I'll change it. That's all for now - I need to finish up the turn.

As long as it doesn't provide an automatic bonus, yeah. If someone wanted to use a potion from their character's class (like roseheart) they'd have to make a roll to see if they succeed in it having the desired effect.

Alright, so long as my potion skill improves the outcome.
