Description: Count Rosencrantz II is descended from a long line of Rosencrantzes (one), all bent on world domination. He's fast, strong, and skilled in martial arts. He knows how to use a gun, but his weapon of choice is pretty much anything that can hack, slash, or stab. He used to just be a normal person until he injected himself with a powerful virus, stolen from a government lab, while in a drunken stupor. After obtaining his powers from the virus, he quickly used his newfound abilities to make a profit, robbing banks and the like. He didn't anticipate the police actually tracking him down, however, and now that all of his money has been seized, he needs to get his fortune back.
