TAA-DAA, welcome to Pixplorer, a Hex based open world adventure exploration suggestion game, with a map too! First thing's first, the character and NPC style is based off of this. To start off, this adventure needs a character, which is exactly why the questions are there! Note: This is probabaly the first thing that I've actually properly planned for, without just winging it.

Work on a potential forum game for my return to Bay12. Figure out parts that puzzled me before. Find more things to figure out that I can't. Work on another game instead of solving them. Get distracted and stop working. Remember it a week or two later. Remember I'm still on hiatus. Illogically, Be too ashamed to return yet. Repeat ad nauseam.

Finally have a game completely ready. Wait a week before posting it out of laziness.

"Uuuuuh, My Head..." You say, as your head hurts quite alot. Slowly, you get up, and look at your surrounding, which, as far as you can tell, is just a big field. It's very foggy, but that's pretty much normal in this world, and you think you can see someone yellow in the distance... You glance at your map, and see that it only shows the area you've just woken up in... weird. You look at your inventory, and see that quite a few of it is locked, and it doesn't have any add ons either. Annoying.

You walk towards the figure, stuffing your map in your inventory as you do, but they retreat slightly further back into the fog.

Also are you using windows paint?
You should try out GIMP, since it has layers which will probably make it easier for you.
