Making creatures fire body parts
« on: January 22, 2017, 09:25:27 am »

So, I'm making a creature who has 50 or so quills that currently serve no purpose. Is there a way I can make them do a material emission or something to shoot them out?

The litten is wandering around the dump now, occasionally exploding.

Mmm... You could have a material emission but the quills would remain on the creature. Unless you'd be willing to have the interaction also apply necrosis or something to the quills on the body, but then they'd rot, not disappear. You could apply a transformation on the creature that changed it into the functionally same creature, but whose quills are made of a gas so they immediately dissipate. They wouldn't regrow without another transformation.
