I will say this: Kinda sad no populous provinces.

Might have been interesting to have certain provinces like Crimea, Volgograd, Venice, Etc. be populous.

Probably would be even more interesting if they were based on where the actual countries recruited a lot of their troops; like England with Irishmen, or French Foreign Legion with Algeria.

Still, though, should be interesting. There'll probably need to be significant cooperation in which researches people are trying for to get anywhere on that front, which will also be interesting.
