Okay then I'll explain the third skill let's say for example someone killed an enemy within a square of me I would gain one  extra move for the next turn I can move if it is not that plus the +5 hit and evade chance this does not stack though.If next to an ally who has just killed an enemy +1 move and +5 hit and evade chance.

Starting Weapon: Heal

Bio: When Lyra was young, her family was extremely poor. Her mother had long since disappeared to who knows where, and her father was an alcoholic working at a stable for barely any money, all of which he spent on himself rather than Lyra and her older brother, John. John was the one actually supporting the family, for years. They managed to survive, through a mixture of luck, begging, and odd jobs.

When Lyra was ten, her brother fifteen, things changed. Her brother came to the place they lived, one day with a knife in his gut, having been mugged on his way home. Lyra ran out into the street, shouting for help, but nobody paid mind to the little beggar girl, not even the priests whose job it was to heal - after all, she hadn't the money to pay. Her brother died of his wound hours later.

Soon after, with nobody to support her besides her father, who hardly counted, Lyra was forced to be taken in by the local church. She showed an aptitude for the healing arts, and spurred on by the fate of her brother pursued them relentlessly. Years later, now an adult of twenty years, Lyra was sent to the guard by her church to support them.

Despite being technically a sister, Lyra's never bought into organized religion very much. It's one thing to believe in a way of life, in a higher power. It is another altogether to try to force it on someone else.

Bio: An albino in old bronze armour, with an unfortunately feminine appearance.

His diamond tattoos indicate an old allegiance to a Stab faction known as Diamond Edges. He grew up in the city - the child of two gangers, he was never expected to become much than any other gangster, murdering and looting.
A meeting with a foolish young girl changed that. She spoke of a life - not as a criminal, but as a honest person. Of a life that wasn't nasty, brutish and short.

Bio:
Teel grew up in a small city. His father abandoned him before he was born, so he was raised by his mother, Niki, and her brother, Han. He had a very happy childhood, and helped his uncle run the family vegetable stand.

When the army recruiter came knocking, he filled Teel's head with takes of honor, glory, and fellowship in glorious combat. The naive boy ignored his parents objections, and signed up the next week.

I noticed you're missing 5% progression. Regarding PF, I don't like gender distinction, you can make it adjacent to one ally or to two units from whatever side. Also that second PS has a bad trigger and a bad effect, so you need a new one :v
