Did you get yourself a girl yet? I presume that you hopefully got over M. I'm already most of the way there so... Yeah. Get on that one if you hadn't. Take yer time of course, but don't dawdle if you see a pretty face with a beautiful mind; one that makes you laugh and be alive. We both know why we liked that last girl. Don't try to find another her, but definitely try to spark those old feelings anyways.

Anyways. I'm going to have to work hard for you. You've got a lot on your plate, I can be certain of that. I'm going to have to pick up the slack. I mean, look at all you've accomplished that I haven't yet! Sheesh. I've got to get onto the ball here.

Just remember. Thinking is more than just words and talking to yourself. It's in images, smells, physical sensations, and sound. Use all of those. Words are not enough for us; we need it all.

Take each moment in life and learn from it. If the meaning of your life was anything right now, it's to bear witness and react. See the world. Seek to understand it. Then react. Change, yourself and others. Listen deeply and understand more for wisdom knocks at open doors.

We've never really smart. But we have been wise. So, like I said. I'll try to be wise for you. I'll try to give you the best that I can, so that when you read this again, you might be proud of how this guy did. Because, really we are the same person at different points. And, you know, one should be allowed to be proud of oneself. Not so proud that one becomes haughty, but proud enough that they recognize their inherent worth, the kind that doesn't exist in the moment, but the entirety of ones existence.

We lay down the framework of who we are, and build from there.

Now. I have better things to do than to talk to myself. Take care of yourself, ok?

Things are shaping up, but there is no time to slack off, she's doing okay but she doesn't see it herself, don't stop the encouragement, she needs it.
Big boy is doing better, much better, but don't let that make you complacent, don't go overboard either tho'.
The little guy is making improvements, but they're very sporadic, try to stay on top of that, he needs some consistency.
This is probably thee year you say goodbye to the guys, don't worry too much about that, you have other things that need your attention.

We almost didn't manage this one last year, so try to keep it in mind, DON'T KILL ANYONE.  We both know full well how much difficulty we have with handling our rage, it does not control us, we control it, don't let it off the chain.
