Leg O'Lam The Delicious and Zuntir of Torchdagger VS Herbert George Wells and Faker Uristkol

In the opener we can see two teams, both ready to kill their opponents. On the left side elf Leg O'Lam The Delicious and dwarf (1) Zuntir of Torchdagger formed an uneasy alliance. Will they be able to defeat their opposition? We will see. Human Herbert George Wells and dwarf (2) Faker Uristkol are willing to check if human-dwarf team can destroy enemy forces.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The fight barely started and both teams are going at it. Zuntir engaged Faker while Herbert started showing his elf hartred. Dwarves showed true skill in their weaponry, parrying the attacks. Faker decided to change a target and slashed elf in right arm, forcing him to drop the longsword. Meanwhile Herbert stabbed chest and right leg of the elf making him fall down. Herbert bravely attacked Zuntir and unfortunetly got countered and lost his head. Faker got his revenge cutting off right leg of Leg O'Lam and then cut his head off returning the favor. Only dwarves are left in the arena! Faker hacks Zuntir in right arm making him lose the weapon! Faker continues hacking legs of his enemy and finally strikes hard enough to make him fall. In desperation Zuntir tries biting and manages to hold onto left leg of Faker. Then the tide turns! Faker dodges an attack and lands in water. Too bad he is a bad swimmer. The fight ends with Faker drowning!

Blood for the God of Blood!

You may want to post combat report along with your own description, so that we can marvel on the great movements of the fighters.

Ferrothorn the Solid Snake and Kosak VS Zur Azstrong and Dietrich

Welcome everyone to the second match! The first team is CQC specialists: bushmaster man Ferrothorn the Solid Snake and dwarf Kosak. Unarmed warriors will face worm man Zur Azstrong and human Dietrich, both heavily armored. Let's see if biting and striking are better than slashing and stabbing!

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Let's start the fight! Solid Snake first attacks worm man resulting in Zur losing his left arm. He then changes the target and constantly bites the head of Dietrich. Human clearly doesn't care about this as he engages dwarf and hurts him a lot. Kosak attacks Zur and soon Ferrothorn helps him bring the target down. Worm man gives in to pain and is brought down by a hit from copper shield in the head. Some time later Kosak dies from blood loss. Solid Snake bites the head of the human opponent. He latches on for a very long time and shakes every few seconds. Human is unable to break the grip. The trials exhaust him and he collapses. The injected venom finally works and Dietrich suffocates.

@sarrak I have whole documentation, which I will post at the end of the tournament.

Ingersoll of the Caves and Hyenakles VS Sharsh the Gorger and Asithep

Troglodyte Ingersoll of the Caves and hyena man Hyenakles, Lord of bones are a strange team. While both are experienced fighters, one is a lord while the second is a former slave. Their relationship will be tested in the arena against yeti Sharsh the Gorger and reptile woman Asithep. Let's find out who will have an upper hand in this duel.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

This one should be interesting. The fight started with yeti charging his opponent. The hyena man is too agile though as he easily dodges the attacks. Meanwhile exchange hits when reptile woman finally hits and troglodyte loses his mace. Disaster! Asithep changes tactics - she now bites troglodyte everywhere. When he finally falls unconcious she strangles him to death. Yeti finally succeeds in catching Hyenakles. He then decides to destroy his fingers. For some reason hyena man stays concious. Yeti is very tired. Then reptile woman join him in the fight and strangles the second target. Amazing fight!

Awesome! it is exactly what I hoped for!

R1: So, dual-sword and iron/bronze shortsword paladin vs highly skilled shortsword and shielder and steel-axe toting axe/dodger.

Okay, these builds are really similar. The elf was the oddest one out, and the first to fall. Grats to winning paladin-dwarf.

R2: I'm eager. No dodgers versus two dodgers? And hey, didn't notice unarmed specialists thing either.

Hm, this gif was smaller for some reason. Had to boost size with Ctrl+ to see it properly.

And ouch, seems somebody drowned? Oh wait, just limbs flying into pool, kihihi. Sucks that dwarf didn't get chance to shine - wait, I guess the dwarf killed them with copper shield.

Seems like the bites had some trouble penetrating the armor? Hm, something to consider for next round. Though I'll have to pay 40 points for it again regardless.

And yeah, bushmaster venom takes only effect more than a page after biting. Something like 16-17 attacks after? It's a slow-acting one, but the paralysis lasts 1075 steps - long enough that only the most enduring dwarves can avoid suffocation.

R3: macing troglodyte, intended to punch through armor, and yet another biter? VS Wrestling-dodging yeti and highly skilled reptile.

Wouldn't want to see the troglodyte to face the yeti...But it seems even the more fortitious arrangement wasn't enough for them.

Why was reptile woman biting, when having 6 in spear? Unexpected.

If Yeti had fallen unconsicious...Well, hyena man would have been better biter. So long, though!

R4: Maia the wall? Unusual name for fighter with no shields. Rather, this one focuses on skills, as does the gremlin.

Meanwhile, kobold's whip faces no armor to penetrate, and chaos scorpion has no striking to hit with.

Well, they have proper swimming skill, however - if they get a wet arena, they might stand a good chance...

But this arena isn't wet.

Wouldn't have thought that Maia would lose to the bark scorpion, but a moot point - shanking for the win.

As for point expenditure, I'll have to think a bit, and am about to be busy.
