Hide it where, though?
Beside the satellite platform? Under the table? In the cardboard box? (which is still on the ground btw)

Take it with us to point B, and pick up the box.

You quickly grab and fold up your cardboard box, examining it for damage from when you brusquely tossed it aside. It's dusty and got a couple smooshed corners, but it's still usable. You put it in your pocket, and crouch near the downed Russian soldier. As you pick up his limp arm and start to hoist him over your shoulders, your earpiece buzzes with more enemy chatter.
"Зои два, что происходит?"
You laboriously drape the Russian across your back. He's not particularly bulky, as far as soldiers go, but all adult humans are pretty heavy. You slowly set off back the way you came, trying to keep low to the ground without putting too much pressure on your poor knees. Before you even make it back to the tent, you hear another Russian voice through your earpiece, a different one. More authoritative.
"Все единицы, это CP. Мы имеем ситуацию. Мы можем иметь потенциальный нарушитель. Поиск окрестностей."
"Enemy CP status: commencing search formation," your shorkDroid informs you. Geez, already? The soldier you're carrying must have told someone he was on his way to investigate something, and made them suspicious when he didn't report back.
You pick up the pace a bit once you're under the shade of the tent, desperate to re-orient yourself about the situation around you. You slide the unconscious soldier off your back, unceremoniously dumping him on the ground. You press up against the wall from earlier, and look around briefly.
"Hey Nameless Badger, come in." A moment's silence. "Sorry, Nondescribable Plattycorn. No, wait... ugh, nevermind your name. The enemy's command post has initiated a low-level alert. They'll be a bit more on-edge now, and some of them will be actively looking around for you. Take care not to make yourself more obvious than necessary by running around or carrying big objects." You cast a meaningful glance at the unconscious guard.
"If any enemies seem like they're about to find you, remember the art of the distraction. Fulton balloons draw a lot of attention to your current location, but if nobody knows it's speicifically you, a Diamond Dogs soldier there, they'll stop and focus on the balloon for a few precious seconds. You've also got a smoke grenade, which will make enemies choke if they're caught in the cloud as well as providing you good cover, but you can also throw it far away from yourself to focus the enemies' attention elsewhere.
Also, the mission our Russian Interpreter is assigned to is almost complete. He'll be available to help you shortly. Until then, be careful."

As per Standard Operating Procedures, you don't respond to Garnet Canine's lecture since you're in enemy territory, but you do finish surveying the camp. Only a couple of the soldiers are still dealing with the cargo from the truck; most have stopped and taken up a position, guns at the ready, keeping watch. Luckily, they seem to be mostly looking in the direction of the road. It makes sense; most militaries would expect an attack from that direction. However, two of the soldiers are moving southeast in a pair, and you don't know if they're going to continue along the road or start heading up the hill to point A.

What do you do? Continue carrying the guard, leave him, attach a fulton balloon to him? Continue to point B, or go somewhere else?

There is nothing more stealthy than attaching a giant balloon to a man and shooting him up into the atmosphere. We should definitely do this. Make sure there he isn't underneath an awning first, then fulton him.
Then move as quick-stealthily as possible to point B. No guards there ATM. Might as well check it out.

That'll draw the guards attention back inside the base, but I guess it'll remove the guard who knows for sure that there's an intruder...

The guards might shoot it down though. Then we're buggered :o

The unconscious guy will still be unconscious if they do, though. Something about "head trauma" and "already being unconscious".

You take out one of your Fulton Recovery Balloon packets, then look up. You're still under a tent. You grab the unconscious guard by the ankles and drag him a few feet, trying to keep your head low.

Once clear of the tent's edge, you clamp the Fulton Recovery packet to the guard's belt, and press the button.
*b-deeeep!* *BWOOSH*
A huge ballon erupts from the small bag, trying to escape upwards against the guard's weight. You lie flat on your belly and start crawling past the open part of the ridge overlooking the base, hoping fervently that the giant balloon proves to be sufficiently distracting.
It is.

You hear several surprised Russians shouting as the still-expanding balloon's buouancy matches, and then slowly surpasses the unconscious soldier's weight, bearing his hips off the ground. You continue crawling as quickly as possible. Move one arm, then the other, then the other, gotta keep moving... You hear a sleepy mumble from behind you. The soldier seems to be startling awake due to the vertical motion.
"Hwuh......" The balloon finally lifts high enough that his fingertips no longer touch the ground. Another guard shouts.
"Держись! Я возьму тебя!"
You hear gunfire, a short burst from an assault rifle, but the balloon takes off into the sky at incredible speed, leaving only a quieting stream of 'A's behind.

"You're extracting him? Roger that."
There's a moment's radio silence, punctuated by a swearing Russian in the background.
"Uh, do we have any helicopters with a fulton recovery arm in that area? He might be floating in the sky for, uh... a few hours... well, I'm sure he'll survive. If nothing else, those balloons deflate gradually, so if we forget about him, he'll just end up back on the ground somewhere. Or in the ocean, depending on the air currents.

Anyway, roger that fulton extraction."

As you crawl over the small log steps leading up to the satellite dish tent, your shorkDroid relays some enemy radio communication.
"CP, это Зоя четыре. Я только что видел один из наших парней, втянуты в воздух на воздушном шаре! Пожалуйста посоветуйте. За!"
Whatever he said started with "CP", maybe. It sounded urgent.

You reach the top of the steps, and look around at the open gazebo-style tent. There's a satellite dish atop the tent, and a small electrical box behind it. That electrical box would make good cover since it's so close to the cliff... or you could climb on top of it to get up to the satellite dish. Inside the tent, there's a few supply boxes, some rations, some processed metal... and a note pinned to one of the vertical slats. It doesn't look like a troop distribution plan, but it does look like it might have important information. Of course, it's written in Russian.

What do you do?

If possible, take a quick picture of the Russian note with the shorkDroid for later translation.

Get behind the electrical box for cover, note guard movements.

Yes, take a picture of the note. It might be relevant.

But our main action should be to sneak towards point F. There do not appear to be any guards there at the moment, and we need to check everything.

You take out your shorkDroid device, hold it up to the Russian note, and press one of the buttons. Blue lines scatter across the page as the droid scans the page, and the holographic display shows you a quickly-filling progress bar. After a few short seconds, the process is complete, and you return your shorkDroid to your pocket, thanking your lucky stars that some of the Diamond Dogs tech works efficiently.

"You've found an intel file?" Garnet Canine's voice comes through your earpiece as you crouch-walk your way behind the electrical box for cover, keeping as low as possible. She continues while you keep an eye out for incoming hostiles.

"It's in Russian... But with the file stored in your droid, we'll be able to interpret it as soon as the translator gets over here..." You hear the faint scraping of a chair in the background, and Garnet Canine's voice is much quieter, seemingly not directed at her microphone.
"Hey, will you hurry up? We have an intel file we need you for." You hear the sound of the chair again. "Sorry about that. He'll be getting started on that file shortly. He'll have it done in about a minute or so. Take care not to get cornered before then."

Two guards are nearing point [ A ], the area where you had fultoned the other guard. One guard in the middle of the camp is surveying the area, but seems preoccupied with the lower area. You judge that you'll be able to get to point [ F ] if you get moving and keep low.

You dive out from behind cover, sliding on your belly for a short distance, and start crawling at a purposeful pace. You swear you hear someone make a questioning sound from your right, but nobody seems to be coming towards you.

[ twenty seconds later... ]

Your arms are dusty and sore, the air is hot as heck, but at least taking the stealthy approach means nobody is shooting at you yet. As you draw close to the small tent at point F, you prop yourself up on your arms and take a quick look around to make sure you still know where all the guards are. Two at point [ A ], two near the truck, one each in the two booths near the road, one in the crumbled building near building [ D ], and one in the middle of the camp turning to face you! You duck your head back down as quick as possible, but you hear the clanking and patting sounds of a striding soldier. Uh oh.

You're at point [ F ]. It's just a small tent with some boxes, but it's got another note stapled to one of the posts. The guard northeast of you would be able to see you from where he is, but he's intently focused on the road. The guard in the middle of the camp is heading towards you quickly, but he'll need a moment to get to the stairs to the south and circle around to your position.

What do you do?

This may be the time to use a smoke grenade, thrown toward the truck.

Alternatively, get ready to lock and load with the suppressed rifle/Wu pistol. Try to take put the guard who is marching toward us quietly.

+1 to this; If we toss smoke, they'll definitely know something's up.
