Are spells one-time use or multi-use?

"AAAAAAAH, TRAITOOOOOOOOR! HE MIGHT STEAL MY TEA AND CRUMPETS!" SHANK THE SHANKER!(AKA: Fred)
"FALSE! I FIND TEA DISGUSTING! And you've announced yourself! Prepare to be dead!"

Throw the fowl's corpse at my foul assailant! Then charge!
The professional thief bats away the dead duck and then the two filthy grave robbing scoundrelous murdering knaves charge each other and leap into a rolling grapple. Rusty daggers are too rusty to flash in the darkness of the dungeon, but eventually they sprawl apart; Lootington clutching a bleeding gash where Fred's dagger slipped between his ribs. -9 HP!

Fred: (12, target 10)
Looty: (5, target 6)

Unlock the door to my right and peek through, trying to remain hidden
+5 HP!

Gaila checks the door and finds it unlocked, peeking through carefully.

In almost any other randomly generated circumstance other than this one, Gaila would be safe. Unfortunately, something extremely terrifying and horrible happens.

The room is tiny, incredibly tiny, a small cell only 5' on any side, with a locked portcullis on the far wall. Inside are six gigantic Platypi of Death, packed so tightly inside the room that they spill and roll out into the larger room that Gaila occupies when the unfortunate thief opens the door. The larcenous adventurer tries to slam the door shut, but the platypi are lodged in the doorway, writhing and screaming. The thief gets off a reflexive dagger stab, and they are upon him or her.

Gaila: HP 16 (7, target 6) hits Platypus 6 for -9 HP! Killing blow! +5 points!
Platypus 1: HP 11 (7, target 3) hits Gaila for -8 HP!
Platypus 2: HP 11 (7, target 3) hits Gaila for -4 HP!
Platypus 3: HP 6 (7, target 3) hits Gaila for -8 HP!
Platypus 4: HP 7 tumbles into the chute! Directly responsible for death! +5 points!
Platypus 5: HP 8  (10, target 3) hits Gaila for -3 HP!
Platypus 6: HP 7 is dead.

Gaila is torn to pieces and devoured.

HOLY DUCK  :D

Name: Drawoh Eht Kcud (i promise next time i will stop talking about ducks)
You are Drawoh Eht Kcud, the Human Thief.

Use my halfling ability to heal myself.
Absolutely horrible gurgling screams come from down the corridor and Azet backs away, pulling a huge clump of healing herbs from a pouch on the side of his burlap sack. He stuffs the clump in his mouth and chews vigorously. Almost immediately, his pupils dilate to the size of marbles. Azet Azirkan is fully healed! An owl takes advantage of this, swooping for the halfling. I'm running out of ways to describe owls attacking people and people missing dagger thrusts at owls. (10, target 5) -1 HP!

Kill The Owl.
Skeliborn swipes at the owl with his dagger... and misses. (6, target 10)
The owl swipes at Skeliborn with its claws... and hits. (5, target 5) -6 HP!

Skeliborn has perished in the dungeon.

Are spells one-time use or multi-use?
They're one time use. Everything is one time use.

Of the original party, Azet is the last man standing! +10 points!

1x Magic WMD, 3x Blast.

If anything causes me to die, set off the Magic WMD.  Else, enter dungeon.

I forgot to roll for it earlier, but platypi of death generate with loot, so the platypus cell is full of treasure. Here's what it has:
30 gold coins, 20 small gems, an elaborately decorated steel helmet that looks like a skull (AR 3), and a morning star (WDR 2d6).

To be fair, the dice rolls would've just put down the coins and the gems, but the rules as written are way too stingy with weapons and armor, and I felt like somebody deserved a helmet that looked like a skull if they got down there alive.

"RAAAAAA-wait do you not want to steal my tea and crumpets? If your not going to steal them, then I'm perfectly fine with you." Try to negotiate, obviously while running away from the blade And trying not to get mine stolen.
