Name: Jarred Williamson
Gender: Male.
Sex: Male.
Original World: It was split... Vertically split, into seven floating continents. Aircraft were very common. One of these continents was little more than a waste dump, covered in scrap metal. People there scrounged in the junk heaps to survive, created all sorts of machines as their trade; such people were known as scrappers. Jarred is one of them.
Age: About 30; he never says.
Health: 10

Concept: Scrap engineer/mechanic.
Skills:
Aircraft construction: Jarred has a great deal of experience building and maintaining simple aircraft, even just from spare parts.
Kinetic manipulation: Jarred has discovered a technology which allows the manipulation of kinetic energy, (god knows how when he lives in a scrap heap) and with some semi-rare parts can add such mechanisms to his creations.

Items:
Prototype kinetic hammer: A mechanical war hammer which can absorb kinetic energy from one strike, and use it to amplify another. Any more than one strike's worth of energy is dangerous, to the hammer and the wielder.

Appearance: A somewhat overweight man with very long curly hair and a rather large frame, he is fairly muscular under his layer of fat. He spends most of his time wearing a torn jacket, and on the rare occasion that he removes it a tattoo of a strange (and apparently aquatic) creature on his shoulder becomes visible. His hands are covered in scrapes and calises, and there is a huge scar stretching from the left side of his head to his left eyebrow.

Personality: Intelligent, friendly, jovial, adventurous, hasty.

Hrm. The trouble I'm running into is that I can't necessarily think of anything to put there that'd be worthwhile.

Mostly just vague images and fragments of where your character came from. Bits of a description of the landscape, snaps of important conversations. Stuff like that.

-Medical and Augmentation Training: Training to allow one to both treat and modify patients.
-Superior Regeneration Programming: Allows Zinia to reconstruct her body if damaged or if situation calls for adaptation.

-Z-Cell Breeder (Small): Device that allows production of Z-cells used in Zinia's repairs and adaptation. Can be used for many purposes.
-Z-Cell Medical Scanner: Allows modification of Z-cells programming and functions. Requires training to use.

Concept: 'spell'-slinging technically immortal reality hacker.
Skills: Coding, hacking (that's how he found the server that allows him to do all of this.)
Items: Unbreakable, unlosable (summons on a command word), password-protected, constantly powered (at 73%) tablet PC.  It has a shortcut labeled 'The Universe', which appears to be a .bat that goes through the requisite steps to exploit through a layer of corporate security and access a server containing two files: universe.txt and README.txt.  README.txt appears to contain a note from Tim to himself.
Appearance: The overriding theme is 'kind of scruffy', except for the immaculate tech.
Personality: Well, they're a nerd.  And occasionally a hacker.  And they can make magic items!  Magic is fun!
