Han Yu goes with Dàelen to try to find Julio before nightfall comes.

You search for Julio, but find nothing. When the sun sets, you mutter a curse and and return to the palisade.

"We can only hope that he comes here. Searching the whole mountain chain for him is impractical and likely to get us both killed."

The lieutenant sounds about right.

You whittle a stick down to a point, and go on the hunt. You soon find that the barren plain you inhabit is mostly devoid of life, but you persist, and come across a sickly looking deer. It doesn't take much effort to bring it down. You haul it back to your campsite and proceed to butcher it.
