Well, you could trade it to a caravan, for one.  On the other hand, you could use it to create a cage trap, which captures enemies sometimes.  I'd suggest selling it, since cages are simple enough for dwarfs to make.

As far as I know, you cannot trade artifacts away.  You can do with it is build it in a room to raise its value and have passing dwarfs admire it.  It could also be used as a reusable building destroyer lure, as it is indestructible, but as it is wood this could cause problems should the titan/fb be made of fire.

There was also a bug a while back that made artifact cages the only cages that could be escaped from.  I am not sure if it has been fixed yet, so even using it as a cage is risky.
