To start this game off, I'll need some people who actually like this idea, a name of the city, the name of our lord/lady , whether thus is the county of a nation, a province, or a city state, who is our spouse, etc.
It's medieval fantasy, of course. We can have mages, meet dwarves, and make deals with demons.
So, who likes this?

You haven't really given much to go on, here. Okay, so you run a city. Run a city how? Is this a basic suggestion game, or is it more like a management simulator? Can you give an example of the mechanics?

Also, the best way to find out if people are interested is to just do it :/
The worst that can happen is that people don't like it and it fades into obscurity; but that is the risk one takes, starting a forum game. At least, thats what I think.

A suggestion game, where I give you information on what's happenning, a situation when one comes up, and you... Well, suggest what the lord/lady of the city does. I have done it before, but after a certain point there were only two people regularly plsying. Sad face. Hopefully this will end on a better note, when it does end.

I honestly love spamkingdom, and I just... Like the style it has. I have played games such as reigns, and sort the court, so I know how this works. Don't worry. Except I just let ye do what ever ye want to suggest, since I am very bad at coming up with different possible choices. Derp.

It can be both! Ye could all be, as roboson suggested, councilman/women. You have your characters, you can have chats, rp, and I might even throw in some personal issues for each character...
But, your character's jb is to suggest ideas for the Lord/Lady of the city to use. D'ya get it?

The game Should be steampunk. We play as duke of a City.  Before the game starts as first action the duke chooses five councilors but the power is his only.
