The First Day
February 12th, 1887
With stern eyes and a hand carefully wrapped around his sword, kicking up sand as he begins to turn his body with a leg thrown back, J.B Morgan suddenly charges towards the escaping Vampires, who have already vanished from view as the beginning atmosphere of a sandstorm turns softly through the sky. With each foot pressed into the turning sand as though aiding him, though in reality doing nothing but providing the terrain for the violent combat, Morgan says, "Come back here an' face me, coward!", with the hopes that his voice will tear through the wind approaching their location. [4] He rushes into the sandstorm, shielding his eyes with his arm as his hearing becomes overwhelmed with wind as sand tears away around him. Without his vision, he loses sight of the two girls who have already vanished from his gaze, leaving him stuck in the storm making its way towards his allies.
As the foreboding feeling of dread passes through Gunter, whose eyes gaze upon the approaching maelstrom of sand approaching their direction like a swarm of hornets, he brushes off all fear as he approaches Maggie, while also aiming at her and firing suppression rounds near her to prevent a sudden attack. As sand kicks up and rounds bury themselves into the ground for years to come, he walks towards her and stands over her, a finger still on the trigger, before turning his attention to his true targets as he fires into the sandstorm. [9 v 9] After pouring five rounds into the ground to prevent Maggie's attack, and firing three more into the sandstorm (all conveniently missing everyone, including J.B Morgan), Gunter stands back as he ponders his next course of action.
With a steely and stern gaze upon the landscape, a frown emerging from his lips as though coming back from hiding away from public view, the immortal Ned Angry clears his throat, a clear indicator as a call to help Maggie, before focusing his attention on Michael. As the Vampire twists and turns, his hands gripping everything it can as he tries to tear himself away from Ned, said Hunter has a better idea. [4 v 3] With a soft kick to the legs, Michael goes down to his knees, still growling as he attempts to escape. [2 v 4] Though powerful, he is not enough to escape Ned, who still has him in a chokehold.
