Those changes are a bit too much fam, the purpose is one or two evolutions a time but you've completely changed the thing in two turns.

well, its domesticated, so you should be allowed more mutations per turn

No sapience has been achieved, and it won't be achieved soon either.
Thus, there are no domesticated animals either.

Once every staring organism has evolved sentience, I do however consider running a civ game with them. But that's far from now.
