-1 creating a less demon. He WILL try to backstab us.
Pff, what? No. Never! At least, probably never. So long as you keep an eye on them. And don't let them grow too powerful.
But seriously, lesser demons are naturally subservient (except when they aren't). See for example the original Demonhood, wherein the players decided to eat some lesser demons they had recruited, to which the lesser demons willingly submitted themselves (the second time they tried it it went less well, but that's beside the point). Also, just because they might betray you is no reason not to do it. You can't get ahead in life Demonhood without taking a few risks.

...Or just leave one of our daughter's bodies with them to act as their leader and our messenger...
Can't be done, unfortunately. Mkilzk's bodies can only be so far apart. Like, a few miles, tops.

Ah, too bad, though I guess it makes sense. You can only stretch a soul so much.

+1 to the Second version of the plan.

Also, I have an idea for a new creature.
Obviously, a single giant worm is dangerous, but could be more dangerous.
So what if we went into combat with multiple Dread Wyrms

A Dread Wyrm is a large worm creature (smaller than our worm form) that can burrow and would have numerous armor plates all over its body, which come from eating metal of any form EXCEPT holy metals, which are instead corrupted, melted and then vomited back out.
Further more, it would be able to breathe fire aiding smithing should we ever need it for that.

Just sending zombies to die while causing some damage is not that bad...

Second version of the plan

1. Grant Malkus a title of Black king and grant him the right to rule the lands east of Fozdoch.
2. Enhance his favourite concubine into half-human half-succubi creature fanatically loyal to Malkus to be his wife
3. Use massive amount of evil to corrupt the silver staff further, transforming it into Malkus' royal scepeter. Unlike the sword that helps in combat, scepeter powers should be focused on controlling subjects, raising undead servants and other stuff like this
3. Summon black imps and rock trolls to serve as workforce for construction of the fortress.
4. Create few Cryptbrains(c) to act as leutenants and sort of "healers" for the undead horde. Naturally they should be able to raise minor undeads
5. Leave all forces but brutewolves under the command of Malkus
6. Let him decide what to do with captives. They are his subjects now
7. Malkus' long standing order is to expand the fortress and enlarge the army and prepare for defence against Empire troops that will arrive sooner or later
8. Attach brutewolves to the cult of the wolf. Order them to travel to the lands of Ura tribes to gain more power and followers.
9. Nokluvgn and his daughter will travel to Nuulyd to witness progress of the cult.
10. Give one corrupted silver medallion to Kate, Mischa and Mklizlk

We are creating a useful vassal in this way. This campaign is a success. We got a new cult. Our daughter was born in a proper way. We have more physical and mental might than when we started. We can go back to assisting our cult in its growth and finding forces of good in Fozdoch.

The fortress can act both as reserve for our forces and place for our cult to retreat should things go badly.

I am thinking about alternative plan that will just destroy the temple, send lesser undead to cause chaos(and die) and bringing high quality minions back home but I want to hear thought about the above plan.

+1 to Strongpoint's second plan. With it, we'll be able to hold onto the Fortress without leaving Fozdoch unattended, and in the future, when we inevitably go on the warpath, we'll have a respectable stronghold and a powerful horde.

Let's tell Malkus that by the time Kate's child is born, we expect him to,

- Repair the majority of the fortifications, preferably the entirety of the fortifications,
- Gather at least 20 pounds of gold, silver, and jewelry,
- Gather an undead horde of at least 3,000,
- Enslave and mentally break at least 1,000 mortals,
- Convert at least 500 mortals to the New Way,
- Train and equip at least 100 Nails,
- And build an opulent shrine dedicated to our worship.

These demands aren't unreasonable, given the reward he's recieving, and provided Malkus Rom is competent, works as hard as possible, and doesn't foolishly squander his resources, he should be able to fulfill all of them.

Let's also tell him that if he fails, we will punish him to the best of our ability, and tell him that if he succeeds, we will reward him accordingly. It should light a fire in Malkus's belly, and motivate him to do more than just loaf around in his keep.

As for the Concubine, I feel that Malkus has done well enough he deserves such a reward. I don't however, feel that we should go with the appearance of a stereotypical succubi, and have her appearance reflect that Nokluvgn was responsible for her creation, to remind Malkus where his true allegiance lies. Let's give her a small pair of ebony ram's horns, a short, highly dexterous tail, slightly longer, more sensitive fingers, eyes that burn like embers, (in an alluring way, as opposed to a terrifying way like the Brutewolves), smooth skin the color of light charcoal, and of course, make her moderately more beautiful, and bend her mind to make her unshakeably loyal to Malkus, and fanatically loyal to Nokluvgn.

As long as we don't actually boost her Physical or Mental Might, it should cost us a pittance, and at worst, require us to torture a small family to recoup the losses.

You look for an excuse to execute him for a failure, right? It is plain impossible to achieve this in 3.5 months.

He will have a hard time surviving against Imperial troops that
will
arrive. His goal is to have the fortress intact and nothing more

As for the wyrm, it is not a bad defensive tool for the fortress

Fear is the best motivator, and fear of our wrath will motivate him to do the impossible. And besides, It is not impossible by any means, with his tactical genius, scepter of rule, Rock Trolls, various Imps, Cryptbrain lieutenants, and the element of surprise, it won't be impossible, only extremely difficult. I'm not proposing we execute him if he fails to fulfill all of the demands, just that we curse him with torturous nightmares if he fails. If he does moderately well but doesn't succeed completely, we'll intimidate him into doing better next time. If he fails to achieve any results whatsoever, then we execute him for incompetence.

It is plain impossible. You want him to conquer several rich cities, create a huge branch of cult (Larger than our current cult!!!) AND expand the fortress with the army that will be squashed by a decent infantry regiment with some magic support

Also, giving such strict orders is just not our style. Mischa, Duke, even Kate are relatively free in their actions. Nokluvgn is anything but tyrant.

What we need is for the fortress is to remain hidden for a bit longer.  People should be captured and converted if possible so they can report back everything is fine.  Just give him general orders to build up undead, recruit cultists and wolves rebuild the fortress and train soldiers.

He should already know the price of failure and the rewards of victory.

Also, the leaders should know this:

Did a message get out about the evil siege?

3.5 months is too short.
He will need more time in my opinion.
Quite a bit more time.

Oh, fair enough. Yes, absolutely. They were able to sneak a trio of messenger birds past you. They were expecting reinforcements.

In this case, leave some forces to restore the fortress and keep marching. We can't leave ourselves so open to a siege. We can't risk ourselves or our daughter.

How about we leave any cultists that want to infiltrate the empire behind. As soon as reinforcements Arrive tell them that a large group of undead overran the place, they managed to flee and that they always lived here. At some point the undead simply left likely looking for more victims.
Maybe the king decides to repopulate the Place. Maybe they will be resettled. In any case having sleeper agents is a boon, as we can tell from the role they played in the battle.

Leave the place behind, and take all with us. Seriously Malkus Rom is our upgraded superwarrior, don't send him on a suicide mission...

Guys, you are so unwilling to take even minor risks...

Wolf cult is too... wild to be used as a sleeper cell in the empire.

We don't plan to stay with the forces and even if we did fleeing from mortal army is trivial for both us and our daughter

Malkus is a valuable asset. And this means he should be used. Or we can go with a lesser demon. He should be fine organizing a proper fortress. We can organize his evacuation should he lose badly. Ore we can create a lesser demon guardian as I proposed originally.

Third version of the plan. (Aka focus our effort on Fozdoch)  ( I like making plans, he-he. Hope Nuke is not mad for me cluttering the thread with various versions)

1) Raze the fortress and corrupt the place
2) Eat rock trolls, they outlived their usefulness.
3) Raise more undead fodder (zombies\skeletons\spectres)
4) Corrupt the silver staff further with the intention of creating a magical staff  for Mischa or maybe Kate (she is the most neglected champion)
5) Enhance Malkus favourite concubine into half-human half-succubi. Ideally it should be a lecherous creature fanatically loyal to our general. Torture rest of his concubines to death together with your champion to get energy for this
6) Nokluvgn, his daughter, 6 of our wights mounting brutewolves, Malkus and his new concubine will travel to Nuulyd as fast as possible. Wights will go to the fellshore fortress, brutewolves back to their den
7) Midnight imps, spectres, smokewraths should sneakily travel to Fellshore and hide its labyrinth till they will be called for service again
8) Remaining undead horde (2 wights, zombies, skeletons, hollow remains) to split in several several directions and terrorize countryside till they are destroyed. Some may even invade Fozdoch and be destroyed by Duke's forces
9) Cult of the wolf should travel to Fozdoch and settle in the den of brutewolves. Their order is worshipping us and enlarging wolf army of both ordinary wolves and brutewolves. They shouldn't be merged in the new way. At least for now.

This plan is another way to go. This one focuses all our valuable resources in Fozdoch and invests cheaper part of undead horde in spreading chaos and destruction
