I'd say we should dismiss Kate. She's a menial trying to expect us to have obligations towards her? We own you, Kate. The only thing of notable value you have besides your Wordbearer status is the half-demon kid growing in you. That's about it. So stop being too big for your britches.
+1. Tell her to dead the child suffering and pain and maybe we will consider giving more than 15 seconds of our time to her. Give her the task of learning how to absorb evil or something. If it works, she feeds the child. If it doesn't. . . She is out of our hair.

Mischa Captives : The cult will get them from the pauper colony

Kate :  Corrupt a bunch of small birds. Outwardly, they'll look like normal songbirds, but we can use them to communicate with our followers. Give one to the Wordbearers, Malkus Rom and Misha. If Kate wants to hear of what we did, she'll have to wait for the tweets.

Cult action : Have the Duke set up a pauper colony not far from Fellshore. Basically, this means that for their own good the poor and crippled and beggers in the cities will be gathered and send to our agricultural village. Here, they can be productive by working the fields and being less of a nuisance in the cities. Of course, it will also be a primary recruiting ground for the cult, and a source of easy sacrifices.

Mischa Captives: Have her get her own captives, works to corrupt her and she should be smart enough to do so on her own.  Maybe lend 1 or 2 power to her.

Kate:  Corrupt a bunch of Ravens as our eyes and ears.  Have them able to speak our voice so they can communicate our will to various people.  Give one to Kate for now and the other Wordbearers and Malkus Rom.  Not Misha, she is not a cultist after all, it seems almost a petty cruelty doesn't it?

Cult action : Have the Duke gather his forces for a major raid on a Oegorda city or something.  Something the Duke would like to pillage and burn down for phat loot.  Follow his forces and take out the defenders and/or force them through mind control to open the gate, then let the army raze the city to the ground and put the population to the sword.  Use the opportunity to feast and corrupt then convert whatever knights or soldiers we can.  Anyone who does not join gets to enjoy the same fate as the city.

Edit: Maybe raise the dead of the city as an undead horde?

Uhm.

Oegorda is the de facto capital of the Duke's province. News of the Duke attacking his own capital would attract way too much attention ,and basically ruin any chance of our cult maintaining even the smallest bit of stealth.

My proposal for this turn action:

Dismiss Kate by telling her that so far she is nothing but the first in the line of mothers of your future children and if she wants you to spend time on her, then she needs to become even stronger and deserve a spot of a concubine in the future
I think it is a proper demonic course of action.

Take Mischa and her magic students(including Kate) to the abandoned temple that serves as the den for our brutewolves. Teach Misha and\or Kate how to control brutewolves. Leave our mage and her students in the forest with an order to study necromancy here and raise a small undead army while doing so. Mischa may get ingredients she needs for her project by ordering brutewolves to bring her some

Furthermore, take a canine form and mate with the strongest female brutewolf making sure that Kate sees it.

We should have a lot of body fragments there and it is a good source of undead. We could raise it ourselves but it spends our energy and... that low level necromancy should be done by mortal servants anyway.

Getting one more demonic child is a nice investment and Kate needs to see that our words are true.

Then travel to Nuulyd, settle in the local temple and spend days aiding your cult in recruiting more people. Spend nights corrupting dreams of townsfolk feeling their thoughts with distrust and hatred toward Tokzoku Empire and its greedy merchants. Nuulyd townsfolk should see nothing wrong in doing evil stuff against bronze-skinned savages. Cheating them, stealing from them, robbing them and even killing them should become morally acceptable because Tokzoku empire deserves that.
Our Cultists in Nuulyd deserve to see their master again. We want more evil in the world and this kind of xenophobia is great for this task. We may want to start a war later and this is a good start.

+1, This is the most Evil course of action by far.

To be honest, I think Nokluvgn is more Evil than Krlnkir Yrlvnt ever was. His Evil is far more cruel, petty,  and personal where Krlnkir Yrlvnt was impersonal, destructive, and uncaring. Where Krlnkir Yrlvnt was brutal and direct, Nokluvgn is conniving and insidious, and the difference really shows.

I have another suggestion.

Let's command Malkus Rom to train 71 more Cultists to become Nails, and train the 2 most martially inclined Sacred Wordbearers in the arts of war, to serve as minor commanders in our Cult militia.

When Malkus Rom has finished training the new Nails, he should select 60 Nails. The 60 Nails and 40 Mercenaries will be combined into one Throng under Malkus Rom's command, and we'll have a large mortal military force capable of spreading destruction and Evil without drawing any suspicion of Demonic activity.

The 40 remaining Nails will be divided into 2 forces of 20 Nails. The 2 trained Sacred Wordbearers will take command of the forces, with each Sacred Wordbearer commanding 20 Nails.

Both forces will serve as Guards at Fellshore, until we have fully converted Nuulyd, then one force will leave Fellshore to guard Nuulyd. The Sacred Wordbearers will be expected to train at least 30 new Nails by the end of the month.

We don't really need the Guards, but it won't cost us anything, and they'll put up the notion that rank and file Cultists matter in the grand scheme of things, which will help morale tremendously. They also be a help in the unlikely event that we're attacked, however small their contribution might be.

The 3 Knights will assist Malkus Rom and the 2 Sacred Wordbearer commanders in training the new Nails, but will remain separate from the forces for now.

I STRONGLY disagree with a huge military build up plan above.

It tries to draft 3\4th of our cultists and that means we will be drafting just every combat fit individual including most females. Lets not forget that our cultists include couriers, random villagers that keep living in their villagers, courtiers and councilmen, Mischa's apprentices, sleeper cell in the capital and so on. They can't abandon their daily lives and travel to Fellshore to train fighting without severely undermining all other cult's activities

Also, Mercenaries are too qualified to be just nails. If we retrain\re-equip them, they should be fingers

We don't have a need in a huge army, current investment of 6 power is adequate for our needs. We are a demon that builds a stealthy network, not a demon that builds a massive force. Current armed cultists+undead+Champions+Brutewolves are more than enough to deal with any short term opponent. And this is not counting that army of the whole province is under our indirect control via Duke

I liked the idea of training our sacred wordbearers, we should incentive them to join the training to be powerful leaders, and later help train others with less power usage.

But Malkus Rom is already marching towards the capital with more 50 cultists, sure he could train them in the way but it won't go acording to your plan...

We have 1 knight in Fellshore and 2 in Nuulyd, although with the courier sistem this mean little, we could just bring some knights to fellshore to help speed up the training that is already taking place. No need to hurry up the military

My suggestion:

Send at least one smokewraith to scout the situation of all the forts Nokluvgn knows the existence in the province, and maybe some others that the smokewraith could find by his own .

He should report which fort is in ruins and/or abandoned which is inhabitaded solely by wilderness/dark beasts and at last which are occupied by minor nobles/bandits/regular stuff

This could bring us enough info that could be used, we know who to recruit, where to hide and/or build another temple/brutewolf den and even could save our ass and give us some advantage if we really start a war.

Actually, Malkus Rom stayed at home and can assist us in various tasks. Yet I prefer him to stay in Duke's court and aid local corruption or find some other use of his skills.

Giving him a wordbearer or two to be trained in tactics is not a bad idea but it is far more practical to choose some of his already trained mercenaries and make them Wordbearers. Or risk our knights.

+1 but use Spectres instead of Smokewraiths and stay away from the capital and nearby(<5 miles) forts

Stray Spectre may raise some alarm but far less than some weird creature that was never seen before.

And +1 to corrupting some kind of birds to serve as messengers, those can gather information, too
