I think Nuke said we'd find it difficult to disguise ourselves now,  due to our power level.
It is difficult to disguise when dealing with priests and other people trained to detect evil

From priests and wizards, yes. Regular folks you can still fool. Speaking of, I forgot to do Leakage this turn. Whoops.

Need I remind you that you are a Demon? If they were unworthy, they deserved to die.
On a more mechanical note, a certain failure rate is an additional cost to their creation.

You also feel the dreams of many priests, dozens of them, in two temples and a handful of shrines- as well as the dreams of a magic user, quite possibly a wizard.

Yeah, disguising is not going to work. There are a bunch too many priests over here.

On a side note, we're currently operating with a cult of pleasure. Now, given the nature of anticonception in this period, I have a feeling that there'll be a bit of baby boom in a short time, which would well stress our cults resources as it has to deal with all these kids. Given that they won't be usefull for at least a decade, that may become a problem.

On the other hand, IIRC the soul of a baby may be worth more than the soul of an adult, and sacrificing an innocent child is certainly evil.

Hence the following proposal.

Create a ritual that involves the sacrifice of the souls and lifeforce of several unborn children, ideally without excessively harming the cultist mother

Create a secondary part of this ritual that channels the above energies into another unborn child, who grows faster and stronger because of the extra energy, thereby not being a drain on resources.

Create a tertiary part of this ritual to channel the energy to whatever chosen evil creature or purpose we want.

Speaking, we should solve this somehow. Can we actively channel the leakage into some usefull purpose?

Judging by the last time this was asked in the last thread I'm going with no

Its a cost of holding that much power some of it will escape

I doubt that they are common in slums. Even if some priest will understand who we are, then it is trivial to break his mind before he warns anyone. Actually... If we encounter any priests, don't mess with them and just break their mind immediately

Snacks are useful but sacrafacing unborn childs looks like a nice idea. The first child to be buffed by such ritual should be our son\daughter
We can even make it a selling point of the cult > women don't have to give birth if they don't want to unlike traditional society where they are forced in this role

To some extent. The leakage results in the corruption of your environment; by deliberately letting out excess evil in one place you can concentrate this effect.
It is also possible to expel pure evil in other ways, such as in a combat situation, resulting in what might be referred to as a 'Death Lazor'.
The main point of leakage, in gameplay terms, is that you cannot just rest on your laurels once you reach a certain power level- you have to keep generating evil to stay ahead. Leakage gets progressively worse the stronger you get, meaning that staying at 100/100 requires a lot more energy than staying at 50/50, whereas you can stay at 40/40 for years whilst suffering only minor leakage.

If there are any Priests in the slums, then have them killed by blunt trauma, by suddenly creating rage towards the Priest by the townfolk. maybe increasing it over time, like start arguing with the priest leading towards lashing out against him.
Any Priest in slums is too good for their own ... good.
By killing some of them we might incite hatred by the remaining priests towards the poor and abandoned, likely a crack in their soul making it easier to corrupt or overpower them.

are females allowed in standing forces or is it the classic male only group?

the child buff ritual should become something we can put on women that do not want to have children, constantly sacrificing any conception they might get as soon as the fetus connects with the womb. a minor enchantment - They of course have the excuse of having discovered a strange plant growing around the city that aborts the pregnancy, then send those women with the army. (there were historical records of women following armies around, look up Women and the Victorian Regiment for example.)
The enchantment should wear off as soon as the target child ( still safely in our village) is born. This will lead to a steady stream of power. no more than 5 women should be used

Bumper Crop Poisoning.
Let our evil aura leak into the crops. Actively spend one power to make the crops cause some corrupt thoughts and mutations.

The issue of leakage
Can we create some kind of way to increase our power capacity, as in - sit on a throne made from the carved bones of our enemies in our unholy sanctum with hourly sacrifices for a month to reduce the leakage to 1/1 while at 100/100 ? (this should thoroughly evilify the surrounding lands)

Eh, it depends. If they're stereotypical good guy priests, they may very well be present.

Ah, so evil is subject to Osmosis.

Well, that's interesting.

On the note of the Bumper crop, how about this :

Create a minor fungus that causes the crop to induce general merriment, decreased inhibitions, and other things. In addition , it shall be slightly adictive.

This ensures that the population, though they will not suffer in the short term, will become more attracted to our grand orgies as they seek to retrieve the pleasure the crop originally gave them.

Wait - if the membrane is a demon's skin - would skinning a demon and wearing it as a cloak reduce our leakage?

That is completely morally bankrupt and despicable

Will we need a summer or winter demon skin coat?

See if our cultists can create a ballistae and load it with a charred, spiked tree. Let's hide it near the lake...

What if we could modify the fungal trees to explode and release infectious spores on command, and then use them as fungal zombie grapeshot?

The Problem with fungal infections is that they usually only affect a limited number of species (see cordiceps). A weapon that inflicts heavy physical trauma should do us better - to channel every zombie movie ever: They die if you crush the head.

How can it be useful? I see  zero reasons to get one now. Besides such machinery requires specialists

For now a siege weapon isn't that useful.

You see a masterwork image of a demon, a demon armor, and a demon in demon skin. the demon is being ripped by demon, the demon is laughing in the demons suffering, the demon wears a demon armor, the demon looks frightened.
