The USSSR wants to exchange a scientific exchange treaty with UNO and the Chryse Dominion

The Chryse Dominion happily accepts the research agreement with the USSSR, so long as it recognises #21 and #29 as being dominion soil.

In regards to all other offers however, the dominion declines them (Both offered and not yet offered, pre-empting any agreements.) stating that'd it much pefer to wipe out democracy and corporatings from the face of mars before deigning to deal with them as equals.
