He's too busy being pro-DICTATORSHIP so he's aiming at us and Ebbor actually :P

In the meantime, yellow-green tech-state would love to get more science and trade all the blueprints! :D

Non-Aggression Pacts don't end up preventing any sort of backstab whatsoever, do they? :/ I'm guessing there isn't any sort of delay on when they can invade if they declare War.

Also, is one able to launch 'dirty bombs' aka use a nuke instead of a thermonuke, if the tech is researched in order to intentionally produce fallout?

I do not understand what is this Non-Aggression Pact you speak about it. The only diplomacy levels are: War, Peace, Alliance.

No, they automatically switch to thermonukes, but that's some interesting idea there :vc
