She's insane, but useful.

And lying to our party for the crazy person's benefit seems not useful.

Tell the truth.

Half truth/mostly truth?

"She kinda fall in love to the ones that defeat her or bring her close to death, a stockholm symdrome of sorts, and most driders here feel threatened by the queen and don't work here because it's an option, but because they would end in their belly and all that dictatorship bullshit, I still don't trust her because, why should I? but she gave me control of that giant monster, and I made it break some of her legs and expose the queen to the zombies, but it is quite dead now, a giant zombie drider will be enough action for you gunslinger? but you will have to wait a little more because I don't want to press the limits of my immortality" *winks at sucy*

The truth.
Hey, if the others decide to tear her apart, that's not really our problem at this point. We already have a mad scientist, and as intriguing as it would be to have the two egging each other on, it's probably not necessary in the long run.

If we do end up with half truthing it, don't use that wording.

Something like "She's crazy but seems to believe I have genuinely won her in battle or whatever.  I'm not well-versed in her neuroses.  Something [Darwin]ian."  Where [Darwin] is the appropriate theorist, I suppose.  Do we even have such a concept?

Oh, no. Not in the slightest. From what I can gather she's a high-functioning psychopath. I don't think she understands the value of a life.
...I see. So, how did you turn that into an ally, and when do we bring her in?
It's a little more complicated than that. When I say she doesn't understand the value of a life, that A life is capitalized. Or emphasized. She just thinks that the longer something lives, the better, and pain is bad. The inbetweens and free will aspects seem a bit alien or superfluous to her. For instance, the rage zombies? In a constant state of pure happiness on the inside. She considers it a very moral.
I like her already.
You know, sometimes you make it hard to tell whether or not you're sarcastic and that honestly worries me.
Sarcastic?
ANYWAY, she was willing to follow us, even work for me. I kind of aroused her when I- I mean, aroused her interest when I defeated her with the arm. Believe me, I was this close to being turned into a soldier for her. You squeeze your fingers together to just barely not touch, but because you used your monster hand it kind of lost its effect. But hell, they get the picture, right?
I don't know... The police would want us to turn her in, and if she did what you're telling us, I'm guessing we'll get a serious payday out of it, too.
Fair enough, man, I wasn't sure what to do with her. I just didn't feel like killing her when she could be useful to me. I was... seriously messed up.
...We saw. Yunikki says. She's been rather quiet for a reunion like this. She looks a bit frazzled, somehow.
Matter of fact, she has an automatic doctor of some sort available that I could use. Considering I just got my ass handed to me by the queen... It's tempting.
Well... I wouldn't trust it.
She's using one herself, at the moment. I drained her of blood to get into fighting form. She was... weirdly alright with it all.
She sounds like quite the character. At any rate, you said you attacked the queen? How did that go down?
I used that monster to break one of her legs in half, but that monster's dead and gone now. Before you ask, the doctor relinquished control of it over to me. Also of note, I was going to a host body to the queen, apparently.
A host body? Interesting... The gunslinger says, rubbing his chin in thought.

Well, at any rate. Are we going to attack that queen or am I going to have a nap?
I would like that bounty.
Same here, and I have the bombs... I think a beta would do fine here. I used up the other ones blasting through the maze, though... And the alpha was also successful. The demon was fused to some kind of armored thing. It had a big gun and bulletproof armor, but it couldn't deal with the telefrag.
How are you going to prove that you killed the queen? Beta-bomb will remove her from existence.
Ah, good point... Well. I could wait for the polite to arrive before I throw it. I suppose it opens up the danger of drawing in some of them but... She gains her toothy grin again.
That's unlikely, right~?
Again, I do not know if that was a joke or not.
Eh, just let it go, Hal. She lives to make people worry.
Yep.

Alright: Now what?

Take down the queen with a full party.
Hell, she can't deal with all of you, right?

Take down the queen opportunistically
Some of the cops may die, but that's a sacrifice you are willing to make.

Take a nap.
Have a good sleep.

I'm warning you ahead of time, I might have to skip the update next monday to deal with a new four-legged friend in the family. I don't think it will affect me, but it's a variable I should mention

Not an eight-legged friend? Not very on-brand, are you?

Just go break a beta over her head.

As expected: I don't have the time to update, as we're having complications with the dog.

inb4: liquified spleens get inspired and put a dog to adopt Sydney/our raider in the other game, not the other way around.

or we have to deal with more kobolts/dog-people

second prediction: someday the raider will dream about a teal drider after dealing with giant spiders

and the drider will dream about a raider with a kid

My friend, if the spider escaped I would have burnt the fucking house down. At any rate, I'll update today to make up for the missing day.

So, you picked up my stuff after I got bodied, at least. Do you have my cookbook?
No. It was the strangest thing, that creature just started pulling all your grenades off, and your weaponry. Oh! I guess Yunikki has your sword, but I don't think it took the gun. Didn't notice it, maybe. We, uh, shot it a little, but it didn't exactly care. On that note: please never try to bodyslam something three times bigger than you again.
...noted. Anyway, who wants to throw the queen into a black hole?
You just hear a conspicuous laugh from Sucy. She's already tapping the bomb with her fingers as she holds it in the palm of her hand. She's eager to see it at work, that's clear.
If I told you no, I'm assuming I would be overruled regardless. Because Yunikki's been wanting to get her murder on since your capture, and Sucy... uh.
She chuckles again, showing those sharp, sharp teeth. God, it's like a beartrap.
...Yeah. Although...
After all this talking about it? I'm quite interested in seeing what this bomb will do. Well then, what are we waiting for?
Follow me...

It's not like they needed your guidance to find the throne, considering there aren't a whole lot of options available other than "forward" and "into this non-throneroom place". Well, either way, it feels good to have your team behind you again. It's been a little rough for the last few hours, but at least things are finally coming to a close. When you reach the throne room, however, you hear gunshots. Automatic gunfire, at that, and some heavily modified voices. When you pop your head in a little closer, you see the ZEAL team in action. In perfect harmony, the squad is hopping around her attacks, never stopping their high-damage firing. You also see the shadowrunners working on the queen, and it seems that she's on the ropes already. The missing leg and constant fire is getting to her, despite the massive size. It looks like, if you're going to use that bomb, you're going to be killing a lot of people.

Risk your life to get credit for the bounty.
She won't notice you among all the rest, right?

Just keep back and watch the show.
Tonight, we watch a bitch die.

Throw the bomb anyway?
This seems... really evil.
