Theo definitely does not have any lawyers which owe him a favour. Given the kinds of risky stunts he performs all the time, it's much more likely that he owes a favour or two to some lawyer instead. Such a shame. Should have taken a Gift for it.

Theo instead looks for a lawyer they've paid favors back to. They should have be considered reliable enough in paying back debts to at the very least have the phone picked up.
