+1 Wealth from S34N1C (Played Build, as agreed)
+2 Wealth(?) from Kashyyk?
Inter-colony
Tiruin: -1 unskilled colonist (temp housing), -2 wealth,  +1 skilled colonist (temp housing)
I... o_o
I understood it as 'you trade me an unskilled colonist; I shove em into the University with my Skilled Colonist, then I trade the Skilled colonist back (or any that I have in the waiting anyway)'
This seems instantaneous instead ._.

I didn't add the +2 wealth to my post-turn due to this :O

From your point of view, you can receive the unskilled colonist at the beginning of the Production phase, along with the two wealth, and then at the end send me the skilled one. I can send you one food as well if you need, but I can only afford the one, and I will have to receive the Skilled Colonist this turn if that's the case.

I didn't think about it that way. :P I thought about it like [well if anyone else plays Build, I can play this and purchase a Complex :3]. What didn't come to mind was UPGRADING to one though!

Sure then! :D Send me the food...um, this phase? Maybe edit it in since Meph will be busy later on. I'll edit mine too, a day or so later (because Graduation from Psychology ♥ == busy busy)

1) You cannot move the Experts from the University to the Laboratory Complex this turn. They can move out and go to Temporary Housing, but you'd need Organize to move anyone else into it. You'd also need Organize to move them to the Complex.
2) Because of that, you'd need to choose a Skilled from somewhere to trade to Kashyyk this turn, and then replace it later using Organize.
