3w for the expert and 3w for the expansion card is acceptable. I'll edit my turn... later, since I need to eat.

Yay bargaining! (I'm doing it right, right? ._.)
And you can edit it but pay whenever you're both okay (like, 2-3 turns at max from now)--I'll deliver next turn. :P

Well everyone knows I'll play Build anyway (girl of her word! :P and...that it's literally a lot harder to fake trading in meatspace so yeah, not that I plan on going 'NUUUU' after getting wealth anyway--unspoken obvious benefits of physical n-verbal communication), so...I'll check on you later when I've got the time :O
