it was an interesting and fun idea for an arena game. But I agree with toh it might have benifted from some more planning.

Stuff for the managers, mostly - I think that part would have benefited from feeling more structured. Hard prices for gladiators, defined rules and a "gladiator strength" number that is based off of an effective formula.
