You're free to assume what you like, but opposing an actual legitimate proposal just because of your grudge is kind of a dick move. I actually think the proposal would help the game's health, so do you have an actual reason for opposing it beyond "I don't like Saron"?

Looking at your previous proposal, you seem to view the Council as a mere tool to help advance your own vendettas rather than improve the functioning of the bubble as a whole.

Okay, first off, it's not a vendetta. It's safety.
Saron burned Felicia's creations, so she did a proposal to prevent him from being able to burn her creations.
She can't deny him the ability to create fire at all, because that disables all his actions, and would never pass.
Instead she proposed to prevent him from being able to set things on fire directly.

As for the reason of opposing...
It is a proposal to make public actions better AFTER having just crippled Felicia's income, thus leaving her unable to catch up.
Yes it's a "don't like Saron" and I feel it's entirely in character.
